So a couple weeks ago I ordered 2 distressing kits from Caromal Colours...it's a company in the states, and the paint is the WEIRDEST stuff I've ever painted with. It's super thick, and almost has a texture like mayonaisse. It goes on really textured, and then a toner goes on over it for a distressed look. I decided to do our 9,800 year old bedroom set. It's in good condition, but the current color of the wood isn't what I want for our bedroom.
I'm hoping to finish the highboy today, and get to work on the headboard this weekend.
I can't wait to be done, and post pictures!!
